Meet Chris
For more than 25 years, Chris has been helping small to medium-sized businesses and farming families navigate the numbers, plan for the future, and make confident financial decisions.
He sees his role as more than just accounting - it’s about walking alongside families through every season of their business and life journey, celebrating the wins and working through the challenges together.
Away from the desk, Chris swaps spreadsheets for paddocks, enjoying the rhythms of farm life.
A 'once' passionate endurance athlete, he dreams of returning to the triathlon circuit and tackling the Hawaii Ironman for a second time. There’s a lot of training ahead - but Chris thrives on a good challenge!

Meet Mel
Our Executive Manager, Chartered Accountant, and all-round go-to gal.
With over 16 years of experience, she juggles a diverse client portfolio and leads our team with heart, hustle, and a strategic eye.
She’s the engine behind our workflow, culture, and big-picture goals - and she’s just as comfortable mentoring staff as she is managing million-dollar group structures.
Off the clock, Mel’s a hands-on country girl. She loves family time with her daughter Ruby, working out, renovating, and even firing up the chainsaw.
Her perfect night? Campfire, country music plus some Rock 'n' roll, and a starry sky.
Meet Catherine
Catherine is our behind-the-scenes guru for all things Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs).
With over 30 years in the accounting industry (and 20 of those laser-focused on SMSFs), she’s the steady hand steering us through the world of SMSF’s - with compliance that keeps everything ticking like clockwork and strategy work that helps our clients make the most of their retirement goals.
Outside the office, Catherine swaps super strategies for caravans - hitting the road with her husband, and keeping up with her border collie, Poppy (who definitely runs the show)!

Meet Naomi
With over 20 years of experience in public practice, our Accountant and Client Manager knows the ropes - starting at reception and working her way up.
She’s your go-to for all things Xero and MYOB, and always happy to help with a smile.
Outside of work, she’s busy running after her two boys, exploring new spots in the family caravan, and chasing waterfalls whenever she gets the chance.

Meet Ning
Ning is a passionate accountant and proud Massey Scholar, graduating from Massey University in New Zealand in 2020.
She’s had the chance to work in both New Zealand and Australia, building hands-on experience in business accounting, financial planning, tax, and payroll. Ning enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them feel confident about their finances.
When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her in the garden, curled up with a good book, or off exploring a new destination.

Meet Wendy
With over 20 years of experience working in Australia. From Family Farming to Corporate Ag, Grain Storage Operations, Retail, Construction & Electrical Projects. Spending the last 2 years working in the Carbon Sector, researching tools and platforms, compiling & Reporting Emissions Data.
When she isn’t busy in the office, you’ll find her curled up reading a book.
